Shipping & Returns

Starlooks MD can be returned for a full refund if the product is unopened and unused.  Due to fraudulent returns (defined as, but not limited to, used and resealed, product partially or fully replaced with another material, etc) refunds will only be granted pending a 30-day review of the returned product. After the return is reviewed, if Starlooks determines that the product has been fraudulently returned, you will be provided with an email notice that a refund will not be granted. All return postage is non-refundable.
